Reiki Level 1 Training and Certification

This foundational class opens the door to the beautiful practice of Reiki — an ancient Japanese healing art that channels universal life force energy for balance, well-being, and spiritual connection.

Together, we’ll explore the history and practice of the Usui tradition of reiki. Learn about the chakra system, the multi-dimensional nature of the body, and how to act as a conduit for divine love and wisdom.

This class incorporates learning, hands-on practice, and heart-opening discovery as we become familiar with feeling/sensing energy and receive attunement to become a Reiki Level 1 certified practitioner.

We will have an opportunity to take a break for lunch and students are encouraged to bring their own lunch, and/or something to share as a potluck. Tea and water are provided.

Whether you are new to energy work or simply feel drawn to reconnect with your inner healer, this class offers a beautiful foundation for personal and spiritual growth.
