Emotional Body Empowerment Circle

The emotional body holds a record of everything we feel, whether that is joyful or traumatic. In this circle, we come together to be present with each other, to witness for one another the emotions that we hold that need expression. To be validated and to be seen, to be held in a sacred space where your courage and vulnerability are deeply honored and respected allows emotional body healing to take place. Allow your emotional body to be empowered within this sacred circle where we vow to one another to remain open, judgement-free, and at peace with our truths. Bring water, your journal (if desired), and anything else you need to feel comfortable and safe. We have blankets, chairs, and some pillows.
