Join us for a unique and mindful forest hike, where we’ll combine movement, stillness, and deep listening to nurture a deep presence, connection, and reciprocity with the land. This hike brings together our Groundfloor Hike Club and Ritual Club for a special afternoon of attunement, exploration and presence in the redwoods.

We’ll meet at 1:00PM at the Roy’s Redwoods trailhead and begin with a moment to meet the land and set our intentions. As we hike through the forest, we’ll move at a relaxed and mindful pace, pausing to listen, reflect and engage with our surroundings in new ways.

Our journey will include hiking with awareness, intuitive wandering, meditative listening, and collective reflection. This is not just a hike; it’s an invitation to step out of ordinary time and into a state of heightened awareness. We will engage with the forest as a living presence, opening ourselves to its quiet intelligence and the subtle ways it interacts with us.

This hike invites you to:

  • Develop a deeper sense of presence and attunement to the living world
  • Experience shifts in perception as you explore how nature communicates through different senses
  • Have the opportunity to soften, listen, and connect with yourself, your fellow journeyers, and the land
  • Cultivate a sense of belonging within the vast network of life, both seen and unseen
  • Engage in forest bathing, attuning to the vitality of nature through breath, stillness, and open awareness
  • Foster a more intentional relationship with movement, walking as a form of conscious attunement, where each step deepens your dialogue with the land
