Do you have a particular Meditation Practice that serves your overall well-being? A Practice that creates a deeper sense of Love. Peace and Harmony within your Soul as well as within your Human interactions with the people, places and things in your surroundings?

We all have a way of knowing what is Authentically right for us. And choosing a Meditation Practice is no exception. We are encouraged to listen from deep within and allow ourselves to be guided to what resonates most with our uniqueness. The important thing is to be intentional in doing so in order to maximize the full effect of our Practice. To feel a shift or change in our Physical Body, Mental State, Emotional State, and of course our Spiritual State.

There is no right or wrong way to Meditate. We simply invite you to join us in an outdoor setting connecting with nature as a means to embrace and understand more of our own nature through various Meditation Practices.
