Fitness Hike in the trails

We will be walking the paved trail. It will be hot. Know your body's limitations. Bring water, wear a hat and sunscreen. Please arrive a few minutes early as we leave promptly on time.

Stay straight - follow the road to the end, last parking lot. The restrooms are at the top of the hill and we meet in front of the sign in the parking lot.
