On March 21, Milonga La Mirada proudly welcomes for the very first time to our floor: Italian Champions Manuel Bianchi & Michela Elicio
Internationally recognized dancers, performers, and instructors, and Artistic Directors of Infinity Tango Academy (Italy), Manuel & Michela are the 2024 Italian Champions in both Tango de Pista and Tango Escenario (Italian Tango Cup).
Their international achievements include:

• 3rd Place – European Tango Championship 2022 (Pista)
• 3rd Place – European Tango Championship 2024 (Escenario)
• 3rd Place – UK Tango Championship 2024 (Escenario)

They have performed and taught across Europe — Barcelona, Paris, Brussels, Athens and beyond — and worked at the renowned House of Tango El Porteno Prohibido in Milan under the artistic direction of Miguel Angel Zotto.
Their dance blends technical precision, deep musicality, and cultural authenticity. When they step onto the floor, the energy shifts.

And this evening brings another special moment…
For the first time at Milonga La Mirada, we present the debut of our Sacadas Tango Team — a celebration of growth, dedication, and the evolving strength of our own community.
