Evening Breath & Energy Release
This evening class is an invitation to let the day soften and unwind. Through intentional breath, gentle spinal movements, and healing sound, we’ll release stagnant or heavy energy and create space for calm, renewal, and clarity.

We’ll begin by moving the spine to open energetic pathways, then use sound to help discharge stored emotional tension. The class closes with guided breathwork, including simple, accessible breath holds designed to safely build and circulate energy—leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and quietly restored.

This practice is supportive, introspective, and deeply calming. Come as you are and allow yourself to exhale the weight of the day. 🌙

Have yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket available.
