In this continuation of our Qigong fundamentals series, we’ll slow things down to deepen awareness, alignment, and energetic connection.

This class focuses on proper form with hip hinges and Qi squats. We’ll move slowly and with intention to refine spinal alignment, build strength and stability, and develop a felt sense of how energy moves through the body when structure is clear and supported.

This class is ideal for those who want to strengthen their foundation, improve form, and begin feeling energy more clearly through mindful movement and presence.
