About us
This is a people-first group for indie hackers, founders, and startup builders who are actively creating technology products in Riviera Maya and Yucatán.
Riviera Maya has all the ingredients of a strong tech hub — international talent, solid infrastructure, and a growing number of people building interesting things. What’s often missing is a dedicated space to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and grow together. This group exists to change that.
We want to bring together people who design, build, and ship software: from indie tools and micro-SaaS to larger startup products. The focus is on real projects, real challenges, and thoughtful conversations — not hype or surface-level networking.
What we do
We organize monthly or bimonthly in-person meetups across Riviera Maya (and eventually Yucatán), including:
- Informal meetups and open conversations
- Short talks by local or visiting builders
- Practical workshops around product, technology, and growth
Events are conversation-driven, welcoming, and focused on learning from each other.

Este es un grupo centrado en las personas para indie hackers, fundadores y builders de startups que están creando activamente productos tecnológicos en la Riviera Maya y Yucatán.

This session will be a practical workshop on launching products on Product Hunt, one of the most popular platforms in the world for discovering new tech products.
If you're building a tech product (or planning to), Product Hunt can help you gain visibility, attract early users, and gather valuable feedback.
During this workshop we’ll cover:
• What Product Hunt is and why it matters
• How Product Hunt launches actually work
• Practical strategies to prepare and launch successfully
• Lessons learned from real launches
• How builders in Riviera Maya can support each other’s launches
We’ll also take a few minutes for everyone interested to create a Product Hunt account and connect with each other, so so we can start building a small local network of makers supporting future launches.
