There are many incidents in our lives that may have affected us and left an imprint on ourselves in one way or another.
These incidents are crucial to navigate as the impact it may have left in our hearts could have prevented us from analyzing what we truly went through and understanding its true meaning
From here, we have acknowledged the need to create a safe comfortable space where we could unplug and express our feelings and concerns freely. A place where we can support and encourage each other to be our best potential selves.
We will have weekly sessions. In each session, we are going to focus on a certain topic and everyone will have the opportunity to express their opinions, feelings and concerns about, amongst a friendly supportive community.
