قوانين الحصة:

• كل لفة، تسلّق، وثبات على البول هو خطوة أقرب لجسم أقوى وثقة أكبر. استمتعي بالتحدي وخلي البول يقوّيك!
• لا تستخدمي أي لوشن قبل الحصة بـ ٨ ساعات عالأقل.
• يفضل لبس شورت أو ليقنز خاص بالبول (للقبضة الجيدة).
• لا تلبسين أي مجوهرات عشان تتجنبين الإصابة.
• مسموح لك تصورين نفسك أثناء التدريب أو وأنتِ تمارسين الحركات.
