An open conversation around the real challenges women face when trying to move from idea to execution.
This discussion may include:
• fear of starting
• lack of clarity
• confidence and self-doubt
• balancing responsibilities
• access to support, knowledge, or resources
• turning ideas into practical steps

Each woman will answer one simple but powerful question:

What do you need support with right now?

That support may come in the form of:
• advice
• ideas
• relevant experience
• contacts
• resources
