We hope that you and your family are doing well. Though times are currently challenging for many of us- we'd like to still give you the opportunity to meet and continue to learn together. Therefore we are excited for to bring you an online workshop with Aurore!

Have you ever been curious to create a website in the R environment that is fast, easy, free and beautiful? R Markdown and Hugo magic combined makes it possible. This workshop will teach you how to use the Blogdown package to create and deploy your first static website and host it for free on the dedicated domain of the R community.

We'll cover the steps from your first blogpost up to its deployment in this workshop such that you are all set to start sharing youR passion with the rest of the world.

ABOUT AURORE

Aurore holds a Ph.D. in linguistics from the University of Namur (Belgium) and a specialization in advanced analytics and machine learning from Ubiqum Code Academy (Amsterdam). She has more than 8 years of experience working with quantitative and experimental research methods and is currently a collaborator at Tapp, a smart-city cooperative that helps citizens and authorities building more resilient urban environments. As a linguist turned data specialist, she cares about delivering meaningful insights and human-centric visualizations.
