Join us for a virtual meetup this May to hear from Jayne Ihaka about conversation analytics!

Overview: What do people say to chatbots and digital assistants? How can we use these data to create a better experience? Jayne will share the lessons she learned using R to extract useful insights from conversations.

Jayne’s Bio: With a background in biotechnology, Jayne followed an unconventional path into banking and now AI. Jayne works at ANZ New Zealand raising a digital human called Jamie.
