The meet up will be in the Rose Auditorium at Carnegie Institution for Science (https://emb.carnegiescience.edu/about/directions). As soon as you come in the main entrance you will see an arrow at the reception desk pointing left to get to the auditorium. Please note that Apple Maps has trouble finding it and sometimes it points to the old Carnegie building on University Drive, other times it points to the Space Telescope Science Institute.
