R-Ladies Baltimore -- Reticulate RStudio and your R code with Python (Virtual)

R-Ladies Baltimore (Bmore) is the local Baltimore chapter for the larger R-Ladies global organization (rladies.org) to promote gender diversity in the R community.
The next event is Wednesday December 16, 2020 from 3-4:30pm (virtual meetup on Zoom). We are so excited to welcome Tiffany Timbers (https://www.tiffanytimbers.com) from the Department of Statistics and a Co-Director for the Master of Data Science program (Vancouver Option) at the University of British Columbia! She will presenting on how to leverage Python within R and RStudio using the reticulate (https://rstudio.github.io/reticulate/) R package!
WHO is this for?
- If you are new to R & but curious about Python!
- If you analyze data in R, but on the job market and need to learn how to leverage wonderful Python libraries!
- If you use R and collaborate with other researchers who use Python and are looking for strategies on how to collaborate and write code together!
