R-Ladies Baltimore (Bmore) is excited to host a meetup on Thursday June 15, 2023 from 4-5:30pm (virtual meetup on Zoom). We will have a fantastic presentation from Dr. Mercedeh Javanbakht Movassagh, an Associate Research Scientist with a focus on infectious disease computational biology and bioinformatics, at Yale School of Medicine. She will be giving a talk on data intervention strategies for various Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analyses and R package development!

WHO is this for?

  • If you are new to R and want to learn about packages to analyze genomics data?
  • If you know R, but want to expand your knowledge Next Generation Sequencing?
