About the workshop: This will be the third meetup of R-Ladies BLR. The workshop will focus on Exploratory Data Analysis. How to encounter new data sets? What are the things that are useful to quickly get a sense of the data and how to easily achieve this in R.
About the instructor: Sushmita V Gopalan is a decision scientist at Grubhub, a food delivery company based out of Chicago. She designs and analyses experiments, conducts simulation studies to help make business decisions, and builds internal tools for data science. She arrived at data science by way of Economics at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M), policy research at the Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR), and Computational Social Science at the University of Chicago. Sushmita is also a co-organizer at R-Ladies Chicago.
