Rmarkdown is a file format & package for making dynamic documents and automatic reports with R.

19:30 - 20:30: Short talks of {rmarkdown} related packages, such as: {bookdown}, {pkdown}, {blogdown} or {xaringan}.
20:30 - 21:00: Drinks & Networking

In the {rmarkdown} workshop we will learn how to build simple and reproducible reports with {rmarkdown}.
The short talks will show you the powerful tools based on {rmarkdown} to produce slides, books, blogs and package documentation.

--> About Sarah Bonnin
Sarah is an R-Ladies Barcelona co-organizer. She did a Bsc in biology and a Msc in bioinformatics in France, before settling down in Barcelona. She currently works as a bioinformatician at the CRG (Center for Genomic Regulation) where she analyzes all kinds of omics data and provides trainings in R, Linux, and Next Generation Sequencing data analysis.
