Reproducible book club #4
Details
Welcome to the third meeting in our book club where we are going through the chapters of “Building reproducible analytical pipelines with R” by Bruno Rodrigues.
In this meeting, Elen le Foll will explain how to keep your code well documented to improve reproducibility, based on chapter 7. If you want to try it out, be sure to have RStudio and {rmarkdown}, {knitr} installed.
Elen Le Foll is a post-doctoral researcher and lecturer in applied linguistics and language education at the University of Cologne with a strong interest in quantitative corpus linguistics methods. As a keen educator, she also enjoys teaching introductory courses in data management, critical data literacy, R, statistics, and data visualisation.
The meeting will not be recorded.
P.S. If you are in Bergen and want to meet to watch, let us know by sending a message to Julia or Jonelle, and we can arrange a meeting place.
