The 5th meeting of our book club where we are going through the chapters of “Building reproducible analytical pipelines with R” by Bruno Rodrigues.

During this meeting, Fulya Gökalp will show us how to re-organize a project using R Markdown, based on chapter 9. If you want to try it out, be sure to have RStudio with {rmarkdown} and {knitr} installed.

Fulya Gökalp Yavuz works as a Faculty Member at the METU Statistics Department in Turkey where she teaches data handling, visualization, statistical computing, and advanced statistical data analysis courses with R. She employs statistical and mathematical modeling, linear mixed models, parallel programming, robust distributions, and their applications in several fields such as neuroscience, hydrology, education, and medicine.
