Relive the magic: RStudio::conf 2018 videos & discussion

It's November! I'm exhausted! You're exhausted! Sit back and relax: we're watching videos this month.

RStudio::conf is an annual conference (next one: January 2019) run by RStudio that is very popular, and luckily very good about putting videos of their talks online: https://www.rstudio.com/resources/videos/rstudioconf-2018-talks/ (we can also watch ones from other years)

We'll be taking suggestions in the comments ahead of time, and voting/agreeing on which 3-5 videos to watch at the meetup. BUT it will be much better than watching them alone, because we can discuss them together afterward, helping each other understand and build on the content. Sorry if this sounds dorky, it was really great last time!

If we don't get a discussion going in the comments, we might post some here to get things in gear. Keep in mind that if we want to watch several videos (and keep everyone's attention!) the shorter ones (~20min) are probably the best bet.
