We're trying something new for August!

With everything that is going on in the world and all the uncertainty many of us are experiencing, we thought it would be a good time to pause and get some clarity. If you're not sure about your next step or want a change but don't know where to start, this one's for you. Join us for an evening of career and personal development with Life and High-Performance Coach, Arivee Vargas.

Arivee will lead us in a 1.5 hr interactive workshop aimed to help find clarity. The main goals are to:

1. Help you think through where you could create more clarity in your life and career. What are the opportunities for more clarity to help you move forward or take some action towards what you may really want?
2. Provide some practices and strategies you can immediately apply to help you develop clarity and get results

This will be a virtual event and the link will be provided the day of the event to individuals who RSVP. Please include your full name in the RSVP.

About Arivee Vargas
Arivee Vargas is the Founder of Humble Rising LLC, which aims to motivate and inspire women to pursue a life and career that brings them joy, meaning, and aligns with who they really are. She’s a certified life and high-performance coach to early- to mid-career women professionals in fast-paced environments. As a coach, she helps women gain clarity, overcome fears and self-doubt, break through limiting beliefs, and push through other roadblocks to have the life and career they really want and deserve. Arivee created the Four A’s framework (Activate, Align, Assess, Ask) to help women get unstuck and gain clarity. She frequently speaks on panels and delivers keynotes on topics related to personal growth and professional development.

Arivee is a trained litigator and spent most of her legal career at two large law firms, including Jones Day, the world’s largest law firm. She served as a law clerk to a federal appellate judge and federal district court judge in Massachusetts. She also taught an introduction to business law course for several years at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.

Arivee is currently a Business Partner in the Office of Business Integrity and Ethics at Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated. In that role, she advises business functions on a variety of matters. She also designed, implemented, and leads the Global Assurance and Global Anti-corruption/Anti-bribery programs including third party risk management initiatives. In addition, she leads the Empower initiative of the women’s employee resource network IWILL (Inspiring Women In Leadership and Learning), focused on the career growth and development of women at the company.
