Making your workflow work for you

Details

*What are we going to learn?

Chloe will talk about packages that she commonly uses (tidyverse, ggstatsplot, rmarkdown, DT) . She will also give some insight into her general workflow too (e.g., directory set-up, automating repetitive QC and analysis, RMarkdown, making nice figures).

*Who is going to present?

Chloe is a final year MD-PhD student working on autism omics (which essentially boils down to data analysis). R is her analytical workhorse and tool of choice! In spite of some of her R habits being pretty hacky, Chloe likes to think that her overall workflow is pretty efficient, and is keen to share some of her tips, and hear some from you!

Find Chloe on Twitter @doyouseewhy.

*When are we meeting?
The presentation will start at 6:00 pm (AEST)

The presentation will run for approximately 45 mins with time for questions and mingling.

*Where are we meeting?

We look forward to seeing you there!
