Summary:
In this talk we will introduce the City of Cape Town's very own Data Science unit. We'll talk a little about how the City came to establish a Data Science team, as well as our current software stack. Then, we will demonstrate some of our recent work in helping set empirical service levels and forecasting different types of citizen affecting issues.
