R-Ladies Cape Town is excited to host an online Introduction to Machine Learning in R workshop. The workshop will take place over the weekend, with an hour-long session on Saturday and Sunday morning at 11AM. The first session will be an introduction to ML in R, giving us the basics to get us started with a challenge (such as those hosted by Kaggle or Zindi). Participants will be encouraged to take on this exercise at home and work through it on their own or in teams. The second session will be a walk-through of approaches and solutions to the challenge.

We recommend that attendees have knowledge of the tidyverse set of tools.
We will send out an email to participants the day before with the relevant links and materials.
