R-Ladies Corvallis First Meetup

Join us for the first R-Ladies Corvallis Meet Up! R-Ladies is a worldwide organization whose mission is to promote gender diversity in the R community.

This is an informal event, held at Common Fields, for underrepresented minority genders in the R programming space (including but not limited to cis/trans women, trans men, non-binary, genderqueer, agender). We welcome seasoned, new, and aspiring R users.

With the launch of R-Ladies Corvallis, we hope to hold workshops, happy hours, networking opportunities, and more for our local R community. This first meetup will serve as an opportunity to get to know the R-Ladies community and for the organizers to learn more about how this chapter can best serve the R-Ladies of Corvallis.

Food and drink are available for purchase. Please note this event will be held outside. We have a pavilion reserved, but we recommend bundling up just in case it's cold!

This is an open and informal event! Come as you are - any and all R skill level and experience welcome.
