Join us for a practical session on web scraping using rvest. Web scraping is a brilliant addition to your data scientist toolbox - it enables you to get large amounts of data for projects with many applications: price comparisons, weather predictions, natural language processing to name a few.

We have a guest speaker from Chile - Riva Quiroga who is a PhD student in Linguistics and a co-organiser of RLadies Santiago, RLadies Valparaíso and LatinR Conf.
