The talk will cover techniques used to implement and run mixed-effects models, specifically Linear Mixed Models (LMM) and Generalized Linear Mixed Models (GLMM) in R. It will also detail assumptions of the tests and common pitfalls in application. You’ll learn about the models in the context of common research examples from the areas of Psychology and Psycholinguistics.
