• Handling missing & duplicate data (see R packages ‘mixRasch’, ‘mice’, others)

• Review power tests/analyses

• Hypothesis testing using parametric/nonparametric tests; chi-square tests, t-tests, Wilcoxon, ANOVA; corrected p-values & effect sizes

• Hands-on exercises w/ the gapminder dataset

• Excel/SAS/SPSS vs R?

• Parts IV, V (Ch 11–13) of 'Learning Statistics with R' by Dani Navarro (https://learningstatisticswithr.com/book).

• Statistical exploration of the gapminder dataset w/ R
