Introduction to R Markdown

Details
Are you tired of copy-pasting information from R into Word documents?
Are you a newbie to R markdown and want to get started?
Have you already used R markdown but want to learn some new tricks?
If you answered yes, join us for our Introduction to R markdown presentation! We'll take an introductory tour of R markdown and then explore how to customize documents with figures, tables, automated figure and table numbering, literature citations, and more.
To follow along, we recommend having R and RStudio installed on your computer, as well as the following R packages: "rmarkdown," "tinytex," and "tidyverse."
We hope you will join us with your beveRage of choice and lots of R enthusiasm.
R-Ladies Gainesville welcomes members of all R proficiency levels, whether you're a new or aspiring R user, or an experienced R programmer interested in mentoring, networking & expert upskilling.
Please RSVP to receive the Zoom link before the event.
Please note:
In line with R-Ladies’ Mission Statement to encourage participation in the R community by underrepresented genders/identities (https://rladies.org/about-us/), our events are designed for those individuals (including, but not limited to cis/trans women, trans men, non-binary, genderqueer, agender). If you have any questions, please contact the event organizers.
