Intro to R and R Studio

Hello R Ladies of Honolulu!

We are excited to announce our second event, which will occur on June 13th, 2024 at the Entrepreneur's Sandbox and at Honolulu Beerworks. Dr. Lansing Perng, a recent PhD recipient from University of Hawai’i Manoa, will be test-running an intro to R course she has been working on for a college-level course.

Don't forget to bring your laptops, this course will include follow-along coding.

**Any and all levels are encouraged to attend - this is a great opportunity for R beginners to learn the basics, and a chance for seasoned R practitioners to reflect on teaching methods that have been most effective for them over the years. If there are others who are working on R-related curriculum, we would love to hear about it and work that into the general discussion as well! Make sure to bring your laptops! **

After, we’ll walk over to Honolulu Beer Co for drinks and some post-work socializing.
