What is the first thing that you do when you open RStudio to run your project? You would normally load the relevant R packages. Have you ever thought about the benefits of R packages and how they make our lives easier, removing the need to code complex formula and functions?
If you're interested in R packages, if you've considered creating one but don't know how start, then this is the seminar for you! This month R-Ladies Melbourne is excited to introduce one of our newest committee members and this months presenter, Bocong Zhao!
Bocong is a recent graduate in Commerce from Monash University. She is passionate about R, and is thrilled to share her knowledge and experiences.
In her seminar, Bocong will introduce you to the in and outs of R packages. She will cover their different components including help pages, why they are required, and completion requirements. She will also discuss common errors and how to solve them, and what final checks are needed before uploading to CRAN.
