Free 2-Day Scientific Computing with “R” Workshop 3/3-4

The Institute for Data Science & Computing (IDSC) in collaboration with Software Carpentry bring a free 2 days R workshop.

Software Carpentry aims to help researchers get their work done in less time and with less pain by teaching them basic research computing skills. This hands-on workshop will cover basic concepts and tools, including program design, version control, data management, and task automation. Participants will be encouraged to help one another and to apply what they have learned to their own research problems.

Who This workshop is free and open to UM Faculty, Staff, and Students. The course is aimed at graduate students and other researchers.
You don’t need to have any previous knowledge of the tools that will be presented at the workshop.
