In this session, we will break that myth and bring leadership back where it truly belongs: to you.
Designed for students and young people exploring their identity and career path, this workshop will show that leadership doesn’t start when you become a manager, it starts the moment you begin to understand yourself.
We are excited to welcome Migena Gjerazi, a leadership coach and trainer who works with technical professionals to help them lead with clarity, kindness, and purpose.
