R-Ladies startup meeting! Basic ggplot2 and plotting flowers

Details

The room is S21!

Welcome to the first ever R-Ladies Trondheim event! Since this is our first meeting, and I don't know exatly the audience, I thought I will do a short tutorial for basic use of the R package ggplot2, which is a fantastic tool for data visualization and plotting. As an example of how flexible this package is, I will show how to use ggplot2 to create various flowers! Bring your computer with R and Rstudio installed, and get ready for some spring flowers!

For the workshop, it is an advantage if you are a bit familiar with R, but you do not need to be familiar with ggplot2 from before. If you are not familiar with R and want help installing it on your computer, feel free to come half an hour early, and I can help you with that.

Since this is our first ever meeting, I would also like to set aside some time at the end to chat and discuss any future wishes for what we could use this group for. I look forward to seeing some new faces and seeing what this group can become!
