that will be animated by Shel Kariuki https://shelkariuki.netlify.app/

During this workshop you'll learn about how to create an R package from scratch.

▶️ Shel Kariuki : Senior Data Analyst

▶️ About Shel kariuki :
Shel is a Senior Data Analyst based in Nairobi, Kenyaa. She's an RStudio Certified Tidyverse trainer, and recently worked as a Research Manager at Geopoll, and as a Data Analyst at Busara Center for Behavioral Economics. She has previously worked as an assistant lecturer in various Kenyan universities, teaching units in Statistics and Actuarial Science. Shel has a Bsc in Actuarial Science and Msc in Applied Statistics from JKUAT. She has extensive experience in data analysis using R and Python. She co-organizes a community of R users in Nairobi #NairobiR and in Africa #AfricaR. One of the missions of her community work is to make sure that they have an increased number of R adopters, in Africa. Shel is very passionate about training and using data analytics to drive development projects in Africa.
