He is the author of "Hands-On Time Series Analysis with R" https://www.packtpub.com/product/hands-on-time-series-analysis-with-r/9781788629157, and several R packages, including the TSstudio package for time series analysis and forecasting applications, and several data packages for tracking the covid19 outbreak (coronavirus, covid19italy, covid19swiss, etc.)
