Sherry Shenker is a data science manager at Flatiron Health, where she helps build products to generate insights from data on real-world cancer patients. She previously worked as an applied data scientist at Civis Analytics, and graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago. She loves applying data science skills in new problem areas, spending as much time as possible outside, and cooking for friends and family.

Jaime Engle started her career doing full desk tech recruiting at two different staffing agencies before going in house to Uptake. She was the 30th employee at Uptake and the company grew to over 850 employees and reached a $1B unicorn valuation during her three-year tenure. Then she joined a data science consulting firm- Civis Analytics for 3.5 years where she led the talent function. After that, she spent a few months at Salesforce, and then returned to the startup world at Balto, an AI call assist SaaS company. In January of 2023, Jaime joined Lantern Partners- a 20 year old executive search firm where she recruits C-level executives for growth stage tech companies.

Lauren Vecchio is a holistic Talent Acquisition and Development practitioner, Lauren is currently a Learning & Development Program Implementation Manager at marketing tech startup, Wunderkind. She acts as a catalyst for employees to develop professionally, spring boarding their careers and meeting their fullest potential. Prior to that, Lauren held several talent acquisition roles where she bridged the gap between top tech talent and high-growth companies across the martech, ecommerce, fintech, and advertising industries. In her free time, you can catch her snapping photos, nerding out about personality typing, or drinking a grenadine-filled dirty shirley.
