Our RLP Urban Photographer's Meetup
This month, our meetup will be in NYC's famous SoHo District. Because the weather in March is unpredictable, we will be photo gallery hopping and, weather permitting, some street photography—the best of both worlds. But there is one thing we can promise: that we will have a good time together. Each one, bring one. Let's together build a wonderful photography community.

The Assignment
Create black and white photographs that show off the interesting environment and culture of SoHo. Use the neighborhood's elements and your skills to compose your story in a frame.

"Designer boutiques, fancy chain stores, and high-end art galleries make trendy SoHo a top shopping destination, especially for out-of-towners. Known for its elegant cast-iron facades and cobblestone streets, the neighborhood is an atmospheric backdrop for fashionable crowds clustering at high-end restaurants and nightlife hotspots. During the day, street vendors sell everything from jewelry to original artwork."
