March Book Club is a book and a movie! We are starting early for this meetup.

Hello Ladies - for March we chose a very short read and a classic. After Claude by Iris Owens - and the movie Gone Girl - since the book is short and the movie longer, I am going to start book club an hour early so we can fit both events in.

Harriet is leaving her boyfriend Claude, "the French rat." That at least is how Harriet sees things, even if it's Claude who has just asked Harriet to leave his Greenwich Village apartment. Well, one way or another she has no intention of leaving. To the contrary, she will stay and exact revenge—or would have if Claude had not had her unceremoniously evicted. Still, though moved out, Harriet is not about to move on. Not in any way. - The rest to be talked about at Book Club.

We will follow this this with Gone Girl - the movie - in my living room in front of my very tiny TV - please bring a small snack and a bottle of wine or water ... see all on Monday the 10th.
