Join Q4 Associates and Spark 64 as we take a closer look at how AI email prioritisation is making profound inroads to improve the Customer Experience by reducing customer wait times and providing prompt and accurate information back to the client OR onto internal teams to act upon.

AI email prioritisation uses NLP (Natural Language Processing) to extract keywords, recognise intent, and analyse sentiment to understand and categorise incoming customer queries and then act upon them appropriately at speed and scale.

In this session we will demonstrate the capability of NLP by using real world business examples:

  1. Inbound email classification and re-direction to an appropriate dept inbox
  2. Email content determination and auto-generation of a service task via system integration
  3. Completing a customer request by invoking an automated process (RPA) on a backend legacy system. Eg An account balance or invoice request
