Join Morgan as he discusses getting started with Fusion 360!

### In this workshop he will discuss:

1. The Fusion 360 work environment

* Folders and backups
* Views and manipulation
* Setup of units, grid vs no grid, preferences

2. Test part created 1st of 4 ways

* Extrude
* Dimensions using drag
* Dimensions using numeric entry
* Cut
* Cut one side, symmetric, two sides

3. Saving part – Version #
4. History bar

* Naming features
* Moving back and forth in time

5. Test part created 2nd of 4 ways

* Two circles extrude (all in one)
* Advantages and disadvantages of this method.

6. Test part created 3rd of 4 ways

* Introduction to reference geometry – Center line
* Revolve feature

7. Test part created 4th of 4 ways

* Square block to part.

8. 15 minutes of Q+A

### If Time allows, depending on pace of workshop

1. Radius and chamfer
2. Simple Drawing from part
3. Created mesh for 3d printing
4. Show part in Cura

### Recommendations for workshop attendance:

* This workshop is suitable for anyone wanting to get a quick start with Fusion 360 and maybe pick up some things you didn’t know.
* It is recommended that you bring a laptop with fusion 360 installed, and verified that the program will load and open. This is not required.
* We start on time.
