Agile encourages experimentation...in theory. Unfortunately, many teams don’t have the time or safety to truly experiment. Drawing from my experience, I’ll lead a discussion of practical approaches for creating structured spaces for experimentation, helping teams to learn by doing, and balancing delivery with discovery.
