Alchemy and Light Photo Exhibit

Now, for the first time, a full day dedicated to the pursuit and enjoyment of alternative and historic photographic processes such as wet plate collodion, salt printing, photogravure, kallitypes, cyanotypes, anthotypes and more will be presented by local photography artists.

Internationally acclaimed artists France Scully Osterman and Mark Osterman will deliver a keynote address. Artists Patricia Bacon, Linda VanArtsdalen, Nancy Anne Holowka and Jen Perena will offer artist talks and demonstrations of the alternative photography processes.

This event coincides with the 5th ‘Alternate Paths’ group exhibit, featuring photographic works by 30 regional artists on display in our Sunken Room Gallery, opening the previous evening and continuing through September 27, 2025.
