Dragonbane Adventure

Legend tells of a great wound in the world made by the demon lord’s spear: Deepfall Breach. The perilous depths of the Breach extend far below the sunlit world, comprising roughhewn passages, echoing caverns, and ancient ruins.

Dragonbane is the English version of Scandinavia’s biggest RPG. It’s a game of high adventure in the old-school tradition. This is a classic fantasy game full of magic, mystery, and adventure. Instead of leveling up, characters gain heroic abilities. It’s designed for fast and furious play with a bit of mirth on the side. (One of the playable races is talking ducks). If you haven’t played an RPG (like D&D) for a while, this is a great way to get back in. Using this game, you can pick up all the skills necessary to play any modern RPGs, and many of the old ones as well.

This session will be based on the solo game settings, so although the game will have a host, it’ll be played without a GM. It’s suitable for small groups. There will be lots of rolling, so bring your favorite die. Stop by and be part of the mayhem.

We’ll start with character building and move into a basic mission. From there we’ll build an entire town from scratch and venture out into the wilderness for fame and glory.
