I have been trying to learn Irish for a few years now, but with life going on, it’s difficult to stay consistently committed. I thought if there was someone else to speak with, that would help me prioritize learning.

There doesn’t need to be any formal structure, but working on flash cards together, speaking, and just discussing our favorite sources for Irish language content might be a good place to start.
