Hello all!
I’m so happy to share that we finally have a location for our meditation gathering—thank you for your patience and support. I tried to find a location in Rochester but had to settle for neighboring community. I hope that works for everyone. My hope is to offer this circle weekly, creating a gentle rhythm of connection and reflection.

For our first session, we’ll explore different ways we meditate, share what feels meaningful to each of us, and then move into a few guided meditations together. We’ll close with tea and quiet connection before stepping into the rest of our day.

I’ll have cushions and backrests available. If you’d like to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything else that helps you feel more comfortable, please feel free.
