Finding Insight on Coral Disease with Tensorflow and Scipy

Sam Brunacini will present on Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease that is near-endemic lesion-causing disease affecting certain species of coral along the Gulf Coast. His team was tasked with determining what factors are contributing to the disease. We'll review how they used Python, Pandas, Tensorflow, and Scipy to draw insights from a huge disordered dataset containing information about bacterial presence.
