As more of these grunge tributes are coming up it's a great chance to keep these events up and running. This time it's at the ever renowned Dublin Castle in Camden Town. Headlining are Alice in Chains UK, a top act that have been going for many years and have been responsible for a big resurgence in the London grunge scene. Also supported by Ghosts of Seattle, a fairly new act that that cover songs by all the main well known bands from the grunge era. They surely know how to engage with the crowd from when I saw them earlier this year.
Following the band sets, the room will still be open with a DJ running until 2am. So plenty of time for post gig drinks.
On a side note, while small gigs like this are not usually expected to sell out it is worth securing your ticket early just in case. In fact the most recent one at Water Rats turned out to be a lot more popular than expected and did in fact sell out. That being said, tickets are found via the link below.
